PinPoint Licensing

PinPoint is licensed in two ways depending on the status of the licensee.  For non-consulting firms, it is licensed by site with unlimited uses.  For consulting firms, it is on a per-user basis.

Future releases of PinPoint will require a fee dependent on the amount of enhancement, which will be determined at the time of release.

PinPoint Support

• There is no fee for support.

• Installation is performed utilizing a stand-alone InstallShield^® wizard.  No consulting time is required.

• Ethx^® includes a tool called SoloBug™ with PinPoint.  SoloBug provides the ability to submit questions, comments, and feature requests through email.

• Detailed documentation is provided for PinPoint, as well as on SoloBug.
